Privacy Policy

1. Short version

We collect as little as possible. No account, no email, no KYC. Your paper trading balance and open positions are stored in your browser's localStorage — never on a server we control.

2. What we store, where

• In your browser only (localStorage): your connected wallet's public key, your paper SOL balance, your simulated positions, your bonus-claim flag, and the list of markets you have added by mint.
• On the server: nothing identifiable. The Site is a static Next.js application hosted on Vercel; we do not run a database and do not have user accounts.

3. Third parties we call from your browser

• GeckoTerminal — for trending pools, live prices and chart data. Subject to their own privacy policy.
• Solana mainnet RPC — for wallet connection and balance reads via the wallet adapter you choose (Phantom, Solflare).
• Vercel — our host. They may collect standard request logs (IP, user-agent, referrer) as part of operating the platform.

4. Cookies

We do not set tracking cookies. The wallet adapter may set a small amount of session state to remember your last-used wallet. You can clear this at any time by disconnecting and clearing browser storage.

5. Your rights

Because we do not collect or transmit personal data to our own servers, most data-subject rights (access, deletion, portability) can be exercised by you directly: clear your browser's site data for memeperps.fun and your account vanishes entirely.

6. Children

The Site is not directed at children under 18.

7. Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be reflected by a new “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
